Rehearsals

The Chicago Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra rehearses on Thursdays at 7:30 pm, and performs four concerts per season at 3 pm on Sundays. An additional rehearsal is scheduled on the Friday before a concert. A dress rehearsal occurs two hours before a Sunday concert.

Rehearsals are in Polk Hall at the Joy Faith Knapp Music Center (home of the Merit School of Music); concerts are in Gottlieb Hall at the Knapp Music Center.
