Membership and Auditions

The Chicago Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra's performance and rehearsal season runs from September through May. We rehearse every Thursday evening at 7:30 p.m. at the Joy Faith Knapp Music Center, home of the Merit School of Music at 38 S. Peoria St. (between Monroe & Madison), with concerts performed at the Anne & Howard Gottlieb Hall (which is also located in the Joy Faith Knapp Music Center).
